I am a graduate student at DePaul University in Chicago pursuing a master's degree in Human Computer Interaction. I have a background in computer engineering, having earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Mumbai in India.
I discovered my passion for design when I first became interested in solving challenging challenges. Prior to design, when I was in college studying all about code, I often questioned how I could picture it impacting real-world challenges. I was curious to learn how simple design concepts could improve people's lives and impact businesses. In the aftermath of the epidemic, I began to explore the human-centered design world, where I found a short bootcamp course offered by IDEO.org that sparked my interest in user experience.
Coming from an engineering background, I am confident in my ability to connect the dots between design and technology. I am confident in my ability to develop concepts that are effective and practical for users. Over the course of my creative career, I have worked with people from a variety of backgrounds. I've found that being empathetic to people and working collaboratively has substantially aided project success.
